Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere
1978 Reprise Records Jacksonville reissue of Neil Young With Crazy Horse’s Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, a single 33 1/3 RPM LP of the 1969 album produced by David Briggs and Neil Young. The orange Reprise labels show MSK 2282, with the supplied matrix reading MSK-1-2282 JW-4; the jacket also carries the RS 6349/Reprise presentation visible in the artwork.
The sleeve uses the album’s stark, wintry imagery: a pale field, dark tree forms, and a silhouetted figure with dog on the front, with the reverse continuing the tree-trunk composition around a compact printed track list. The gatefold interior is present, with black-and-white photo panels, handwritten-style text, and credits naming Neil Young, Danny Whitten, Ralph Molina, and Billy Talbot.
Record and outer sleeve are graded Very Good. Visible handling is consistent with that grade, including edge and corner wear, age-toning, surface rubbing to the jacket, and a black vinyl playing surface showing light marks under reflection, housed in a plain white inner sleeve.
Originally published in 1969, the album includes the visible track lineup of “Cinnamon Girl,” “Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere,” “Round & Round,” “Down by the River,” “The Losing End,” “Running Dry,” and “Cowgirl in the Sand” — a concise Reprise reissue of a defining Neil Young with Crazy Horse title.
