Saint Dominic’s Preview

1972 Warner Bros. Records issue of Van Morrison’s Saint Dominic’s Preview, a sealed single LP at 33 1/3 RPM with catalog number BS 2633, produced by Ted Templeman and Van Morrison. The back cover identifies the release as ©1972 Warner Bros. Records Inc., Made in U.S.A., with the Warner Bros. shield printed at lower right.

The front sleeve presents Morrison seated with an acoustic guitar before blue, ironwork-like doors, the album title set in ornate white lettering across the top. The reverse shifts to a grainy black-and-white portrait, with the track list printed in the upper left: Jackie Wilson Said (I’m in Heaven When You Smile), Gypsy, I Will Be There, Listen to the Lion, Saint Dominic’s Preview, Redwood Tree, and Almost Independence Day.

This copy remains sealed in shrink, with visible wrap at the corners and edges; the pressing and matrix information cannot be verified without opening. The record and outer sleeve are noted as Mint/Near Mint, making this a sharp sealed example of Morrison’s 1972 Warner Bros. LP, preserved in its original format and presentation.
