1983 Columbia promotional 33 1/3 RPM vinyl single by Pink Floyd, Selections From The Final Cut, catalog AS 1635, issued as a “Demonstration—Not For Sale” sampler from The Final Cut. The red Columbia labels identify the compact two-song program: Side A, “Your Possible Pasts,” and Side B, “The Final Cut,” with production credited to James Guthrie, Michael Kamen, and Roger Waters.

The picture sleeve carries the album’s austere visual language: a glossy black front field with white stacked typography and pale ribbon-like bands along the lower edge, while the reverse shifts into a grainy black-and-white field scene with a uniformed figure, printed track listing, credits, Columbia mark, and promo notice across the top. The photographed set also shows a printed promotional text sheet headed “pink floyd the final cut” and “a requiem for the post war dream,” reinforcing the record’s stark Roger Waters framing.

The vinyl is graded Very Good Plus and is shown in an anti-static archival inner sleeve; the outer sleeve is graded Very Good/Good Plus with creased corners and visible edge and corner wear. A focused Columbia promo piece, concise in format but rich in period presentation, preserving the severe graphic tone and post-war imagery of Pink Floyd’s 1983 release.
