Sucking In The Seventies

1981 Rolling Stones Records issue of The Rolling Stones’ Sucking In The Seventies, a 33 1/3 rpm single LP produced by The Glimmer Twins and printed with COC 16028 on the cover. The front sleeve turns the familiar tongue-and-lips emblem into a bold red field for the track program, set against stark black-and-white graphic shapes; visible titles include Shattered, Fool To Cry, Mannish Boy, Crazy Mama, and Beast Of Burden, with sleeve notes marking Everything Is Turning To Gold as previously unavailable on LP and If I Was A Dancer (Dance Pt. 2) as previously unreleased.

The back cover offers a more austere counterpoint, repeating the album title in tall black block lettering across a white ground. Shrink wrap is visible along the edges, with vintage retail and sale stickers present on the front, and a discount punch noted at the top left corner.

Condition is strong and collector-friendly: the vinyl is graded Mint/Near Mint, while the outer sleeve is graded Near Mint with the noted punch.
